By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Call Timer: End Calls Politely (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is owned and operated by Krishnam Raju Datla.
1. Purpose of the App
Call Timer: End Calls Politely is a personal productivity tool to track call durations, raise awareness of time on calls, and provide alerts and closing phrases. It is for informational and personal management purposes only.
Call Timer: End Calls Politely does NOT record, listen to, intercept, or access your call audio. It tracks call duration and state using standard platform APIs.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country (generally at least 16, or 13 where allowed) to use the App and make purchases. By using the App you represent that you meet applicable age requirements.
3. Accounts
Google sign-in may be required. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. One Google account maps to one Call Timer: End Calls Politely account.
4. Ads, purchases, and subscriptions
4.1 Advertisements
The free version may display third-party ads via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for advertiser content. Ad-related data is governed by Google’s policies. See our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Premium plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in the store before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
- Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the store — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
4.3 Free trials
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
5. No call recording
The App does not record, intercept, store, transcribe, or access call audio. It does not require microphone access for call recording. Text-to-speech may announce timer cues only.
6. Privacy
Data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, including local-first storage, optional backups, analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob, and RevenueCat.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for illegal purposes, reverse engineer it, disrupt its security, harass others, or attempt to use it to record or eavesdrop on calls (the App provides no such capability).
8. Intellectual property
The App and its content are licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Call tracking and alerts may be imperfect; capabilities differ by OS and device. Background monitoring and VoIP detection depend on system permissions and may not be available everywhere.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Account termination & deletion
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations. Terminating the App account does not cancel store subscriptions — cancel those in Google Play or the App Store. Deletion steps are in the Privacy Policy (in-app Delete Account and/or deletion form).
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India (Telangana / Hyderabad courts where applicable), without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
