Privacy Policy

Call Reminder (“the app”) is published by Nice Apps (Krishnam Raju Datla). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. It is intended to meet Google Play requirements for privacy disclosures, including advertising and optional cloud features.
1. Information you enter
You may add people you want to stay in touch with: name, phone number, optional photo, birthday, special dates and reminder schedule. The app also keeps a record of your calls with these people. The app does not store any notes. This information is stored only on your device in a local database. Nice Apps does not operate servers that receive this data, and we never see it.
2. Optional Google Drive backup
If you choose to back up, you sign in with Google and the app saves a backup file to your own Google Drive. The app uses the limited drive.file permission, so it can access only files it created. The backup belongs to you, and we cannot access it.
3. Crash reports and app configuration
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports and basic device diagnostics (such as device model, OS version, and app version) so we can fix problems. We use Firebase Remote Config to adjust app settings. These do not include your contacts or call history.
4. Advertising (Google Play / AdMob)
Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID, device information, and (where required by law) a consent signal to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in Android settings. Premium subscribers do not see ads while their subscription is active.

5. Subscriptions and payments
Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Google processes all payments; we never receive your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm subscription status using an anonymous app user ID and purchase records.
6. Feedback
If you send feedback through our feedback form or by email, we receive only what you choose to send, and we use it only to improve the app.
7. Permissions
The app may request notification, alarm, and phone-call related permissions so it can show reminders and let you start calls. These permissions are used only for those features.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Deleting your data on your device
You can delete people inside the app, uninstall the app to remove all local data, and delete the backup file from your Google Drive at any time.
10. Account and data deletion
Use this section if you signed in with Google and want your Call Reminder account and associated cloud data removed from our Firebase systems. Once processed (typically within 7 business days), your Google Sign-In link for this app will be revoked and your user ID and any saved settings we store in Firebase will be permanently deleted.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.

11. Third-party policies
Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, and RevenueCat process data under their own privacy policies.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
